Leon , Spain, 1973

Since she had very little familiarity with drawing and painting she learned to use different painting techniques.

In its first stage, for her work as a photographer, she uses photography as an emphasis on works by the hyper-leaning. She has perfected her technique in a descriptive way, making universal themes of human figure, still life, animals … influenced by Patricia Rizzo, William Whitaker.

After an evolutionary process in which her search went far beyond mere description mechanism that involves the first stage, the expressive needs has led to new knowledge sensory world in its current phase, offers a language, an initial concept deepen the spirituality of human beings, that which is immeasurable and incomprehensible but also using his opponent minimized matter transmits that innate freedom, lightness, loneliness, transience of his life, the comings and goings of its existence, the pure duality of being.

In this complex and unknown reflection wraps it in a background of overlapping planes in the same atmosphere and that movement creates three-dimensional giving depth and perspective to the paintings, thus accentuating the concept of immateriality of the human spirit and experimenting with all kinds materials.

She is currently presenting her work at national and international venues, most recently Bozen International Fair, Italy, and Geraldes da Silva in Oporto, Portugal.
